Marwad (also called Jodhpur region) is a region of southwestern Rajasthan state in North Western India. It lies partly in the Thar Desert. In Rajasthani dialect, “wad” means a particular area. The word Marwad is derived from Sanskrit word ‘Maruwat’. English translation of the word is ‘the region of desert.’

Detailed Itinerary

Day One	Jaipur Welcome to Pink City- Jaipur. On Arrival proceed to check in the hotel. In the Evening Enjoy shopping at Bapu Bazar, Johari Bazar. Free time for Leisure. Overnight at Jaipur.
Day Two	Jaipur Morning after breakfast, Visit the Pink city of Jaipur. View the magnificent Amber fort, enjoy taking pictures outside the palace of winds – Hawa Mahal, and later visit Jantar Mantar (UNESCO site), City Palace and Museum. Evening is free for relaxation. Overnight at Jaipur.
Day three	Jaipur – Bikaner Today after breakfast, proceed for your drive to Bikaner, located in the heart of the Thar Desert. Enroute visit Karni Mata Temple at Deshnok, 30 kms south of Bikaner. This temple is quite famous for a large number of brown rats running around the temple complex fearlessly. Overnight in Bikaner.
Day Four	Bikaner Today head to visit the impressive Junagarh Fort. This enormous fort was constructed by a Mughal army general, Raja Rai Singh in 1593. These wonderful buildings replicate the splendid structural design of Bikaner. Also visit to the world famed Camel propagation farm which is only one in Asia. Overnight at Bikaner.
Day Five	Bikaner – Jaisalmer Welcome to Jaisalmer – The Golden City of Rajasthan. On arrival check in the hotel, Evening free for Leisure. Overnight at Jaisalmer.
Day Six	Jaisalmer Today after breakfast proceed to visit the Jaisalmer Fort – were you can view Jain Mandir, Patwon Ki Haweli and Nathmalji Ki Haweli. Later in the Evening proceed to Sand Dunes of Jaisalmer were one can enjoy the camel ride. Overnight at Jaisalmer.
Day Seven	Jaisalmer – Jodhpur Welcome to Jodhpur – Blue City of Rajasthan. On Arrival at Jodhpur you can enjoy shopping / free time for Leisure. Overnight at Jodhpur.
Day Eight	Jodhpur After breakfast proceed to visit the jodhpur sightseeing like Umaid Bhavan Meusem , Mehrangarh Fort which includes Moti Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Pool Mahal, Rang Mahal, Silah Khana, Daulat Khana. Evening free for Leisure. Overnight at Jodhpur.
Day Nine	Jodhpur – Hometown After breakfast proceed to airport / railway station as per their schedule. Tour concludes
